- Analysis consultation -

we will frame your company’s theme within the greater whole via an intensive discussion. This is an analysis of the current situation and gives an understanding of how this is linked to other events and where repeat behaviour occurs. Analysis is carried out using systemic principles. After the meeting, you will have a new perspective regarding your company’s theme, which in itself could be sufficient to move towards the necessary actions. An analysis discussion at business level is booked as 2 (consecutive) sessions.

if you are a manager or supervisor, Heart to heart can assist you in obtaining more insight into your leadership. We chart your strengths and working points from the aspect of the leadership philosophy of the team’s lead mare – who is assigned leadership by the other team members - combined with the underlying principles of organisational constellations. Heart to heart offers you the possibility to try out new ways of your unique leadership in practical situations by effectively leading a herd of horses. After gaining this experience, we translate your skills together to your company and its employees, whereby we also include the principles of assertive communication through requirements and needs.

Heart to heart offers customised business training related to: assertiveness, communication, social skills, customer-friendliness, etc. We meet for a preliminary consultation, so we can find out your company’s requirements and tailor our course completely. We like to hear what your specific expectations are, so that we can offer clarity on achievable results.

- Organisational constellation -

is your business undergoing changes? If so, an organisational constellation might be the perfect way to determine whether the changes you wish to make are the best solution for your company. But even if the change has already taken place, a constellation can offer clarity on why certain matters are not running smoothly after the transition. We use a preliminary consultation to chart your company’s history and its future plans, so that additional information
can be sourced out before the constellation is carried out, if necessary.
